I love this product. I have been using it and only it for over 20 years. I hope they never stop producing it. Highly recommend for fine short hair. Looks just like paste when dispensing it and the scent is not great, but it works! Does not make it still like hairspray and is not greasy like pomade. It gives my hair enough hold to stay in place all day.

I've been using KMS paste for 14 years. It works very well with my hair. I would recommend this for people that do not have thick hair. It keeps my hair in whatever direction that is needed. It's more of a light-medium hold though. What I like best about it is the smell (which I get compliments on) and that you can run your hands through your hair and it doesn't feel like you have gel or hairspray in your hair. I get best results when drying my hair completely and then applying a small amount throughout my hair. If you put it in while your hair is damp, it will not hold your hair well. I've turned multiple friends onto this product. Good price on Amazon.

My hair is fine, and after several months of meds, my hair appeared to be thinning. I searched on line for thickening products and found KMS Hairplay Molding Paste. Great product. I use a very small amount, and my hair looks better than ever. However, I do not like the pump. I would much prefer a jar, and because of the packaging, I may look for another product. Considering the price of this product, I wonder if I am getting all the product with a pump. Price is a consideration, and I lowered my rating to a 4 because of the pump.

I've used this stuff for years and I like it. It strikes a nice balance between being overly sticky like a lot of cheaper pomades are, and providing some definition and hold to your hair that helps keep things in place without feeling like you need to douse it in crunchy hairspray. Do not like how expensive it's gotten though. I remember it used to be $20 per tube, now we're almost at $30? Inflation's insane.
