The crystal and lights are awesome. The only problem is the remote came broken. The remote does not change colors, turn on, or turn off. Can I get a new remote without shipping back the whole package?

This was a gift for my wolf loving sweetie. He loves it! The multi colors to choose from and the remote control.

I got this as a gift for a friend of mine who owns axolotls. She loved it! It's very bright and the globe itself is super cool. The only issue I had was the usb it came with was smashed. My friend was able to fix it, so it wasn't too big of a deal.

Has a very nice lighting and is multiple colors. Very easy to use. Size is perfect for a night stand or corner of dresser. Very calming for my grandson. Great quality for the price.

Nothing to like. Remote broke immediately. Took a hour to get battery in remote. Please refund my money.

I originally gave a bad review because i started the investigation in July 2024 and never received product. I just received the product today, 10-2024. WOW. Asked for a remote replacement for a nightlight. I am happy but, wished they followed up on delivery info.......
