It looks like black thing like in the movie venom;-). It’s pretty sticky which means it’s genuine as it extracted from rocks. Have taken couple of days now and i see the diff in energy and focus in studying. The taste isn’t great i would say there is no taste at all.I leave it in half small bowl of water sitting for sometime and then it dissolves pretty easily.It delivers what it says energy throughout the day and helps to maintain focus.

worst tasting shilajit ever
ive tried numerous shilajit resin and the taste although at first was something I had to get used to and I did after a few days but this brand i just couldn't even with raw honey. I tried to find alternatives to aid the absolutely disgusting taste but it always over powered it. I know it takes time to see if you feel any benefits from it and tried to suck it up and push through the taste but I had to throw in the towel. im asian and hate wasting things but I had to put my pride aside and just throw it away. worst part is, I did it all for nothing because I didn't feel any difference at all.

Awful taste lol
OK this is actually made from a solid rock it is tested for heavy metal which this sample passed. I did contact the them and my item was just made. I'll add a note after 30 days, there's a spoon supplied for accurate dosage. I'd suggest you put this in your coffee in the morning while it's hot.

Energizing and refreshing
I feel way more energized and active than I did before. I’m not reaching for coffee first thing in the morning anymore! The taste isn’t amazing, but it’s worth it for the focus and strength. I’ll keep going to see how it helps in the long run
