I bought these because my Spectra S1 didn't come with my size (21) and I didn't want to buy all new flanges. These worked wonderfully. They are super inexpensive, fit well into all my flanges (including 22s for handsfree flanges I bought on Amazon before I realized my size), easy to place and stay put during pumping, quality soft rubbery material that reduces friction discomfort from the plastic flanges, and very easy to wash. I would recommend buying these if you want to resize your flanges without dishing out more money for new ones.Hope this helps!

I had a feeling I had the wrong flange size but I didn't want to have to buy so many spectra pump parts. I saw a post on social media about flange inserts and after a search, I came across these. I tried as small as I could go and felt a little pain so I knew I had to go up a couple sizes. The flexibility of being able to try a size multiple times until you get a feel for it is so practical. I wish I knew about these sooner!

These worked well for figuring out what size flange was most comfortable. They only have one of each size, so don’t work as well for pumping after you know which size unless you get two sets of 5. I’d only give 4 stars because these aren’t long inserts, so when using the willow 3.0, nipple could extend past the insert so that it was hard to remove after pumping. It still made pumping much more comfortable though.

They work with many types of 24mm flanges; I've used them with the regular spectra, the wearable spectra, the baby buddha, and the manual medela. Easy to clean, but sometimes can keep a residue from whatever you use for a pumping cream (it's probably because I use regular coconut oil), but very easy to rinse or clean the residue off. I use these daily since buying them, I highly recommend them for people looking for a cheap and functional set of flange inserts. Also, they're both dishwasher safe and sterilizing steam safe.

Flange sizes (as we all know) can truly be a pain to find the correct size. We spend time measuring or even guessing to the best of our abilities and bundles like this one are a great way to narrow it down and give a few sizes a test run.I measured at 16mm, which puts me at a flange size of 19, 20 or 21mm according to a lactation consultant. For this bundle, I tried the 21mm and that works perfectly (for now). When I went to find the other since my pump is a pair, it wasn’t there. Which means I unfortunately have to purchase an entirely new bundle with all the flange sizes I won’t ever use (wasteful) and spend double just to be able to pump both at the same time. I really wish this came with 2 of each size for us mamas who want to pump both at the same time. Not to mention how often we have to wash our pump parts, I have to wash, sterilize and wait for this to dry before I can continue with a session. Us mamas could use a break with little things like this.

Yes this product only comes with 1 of each size.. I read reviews and ordered two so that I had two of each flange size.These inserts fit perfectly in my spectra 2 and really helped with my comfort of exclusively pumping. It did hurt to take my boobs out. But once you get used to it, it’s fine.

Yeah it’s a good product, I just wish I read the specifications a little better. Because of one of the pictures I thought I was getting 2 of each size since it showed each size x 2 so I was under the impression I would get two of each. Now I need to buy a whole new pack because I need another size 17mm 🤦🏻‍♀️ smh
