After reading some of these reviews I was a bit wary. With it be too tight? Will it make any difference? Will it be comfortable to wear?So, the item comes nicely packaged and feels good quality. It's has a silky smooth feel. I put it on as instructed from the bottom up. No because this is not how I would usually get dressed it felt a bit in natural, but after some pulling up and popping my elbows then the rest of my arms through the arm holes, making a few adjustments with a tub here and there, i was in!Now I could see an instant improvement on my moobies, they were much flatter. Also, I dont have gynecomastia, im just fat from too many burgers. So, i was happy. My stomach is squishy but not so much that the top could hold it all back. It did make it appear slightly flatter and the same on my love handles. But the best result was on my chest area.I got it today and wore it for around 6 hours. It felt comfortable, not hot and sticky, or too tight it hasn't left any noticeable 'dent' lines in my skin after wearing it from it being too tight. Over all it is a great quality, confidence boosting top that can just make you feel a little bit more you.

This vest only possible to put on by stepping into it, but once it's on it doesn't really hold your belly. It's still not strong enough to hold your belly or sides in place. The material of the vest will "catch" your t-shirt, so you would have to pull it down constantly. And you definitely don't want to take it off graciously in front of your partner, as you'll look like an inflatable waving man on a petrol station.

As I get older, I find all that party life catching up to me. This hides the previous party life and makes it look like I go to the gym more than I actually do. It firms out the moobs and makes them look more like muscle. It also hides the gut. Been wearing light jumpers over it along with a shirt.

Terrible product. Bought according to size chart and recommendations. Ordered medium, took ages and very painful to get on. Even when on, served no purpose. I was exactly the same. No slimming effect whatsoever. Total waste of money, would definitely not recommend

I've tried other vest and found these tighter than others, saying that they are comfortable though. Like other people have said they won't make you look like the model in the photos but do a good job of making you look better in clothes
