CanDo TheraPutty Antimicrobial - Therapeutic modelling clay - 3 oz - green (medium)

I bought this for my Mum who is undergoing physiotherapy after breaking two bones in her hand. This is great for her to carry out the exercises suggested and the physiotherapist told her which firmness to buy so this has been a great purchase to help her hand recover.

Good exercise putty but think about what colour you need. This green one is very hard work!

Does its job

Great product to ease hand strain and fun to use! The only point that I will note is that I find the green version harder than the blue (and this is after several purchases of both incase I had a one off problem batch). The green gives perfect tension and feedback when squeezing in the hand and pain is noticeably reduced the following day : )

I hope there's a special place in hell for the developers of therapy putty—specifically those who thought it was a good idea to add dye that can't be cleaned off or washed out by anything. Guys, we buy your product for children with SEN (Special Educational Needs). We have plenty of other things to do besides spending hours trying to clean it off furniture, carpets, and clothes—only to find out it's impossible to remove at all. You claim to want to help children with SEN and their families, but you're making a product that makes our lives even harder. I've bought plenty of children's paints, modeling clay, and markers, but I've never encountered anything that ruins things around it so quickly and irreparably.

Daughter is on the autism spectrum and uses this at school. It has stained her white tops but is a great product for sensory input

My son has cerebral palsy, he has physiotherapy and occupational therapy in hospital and has exercises to follow at home and school. This putty is used in hospital for my son, there are different colours but my son needs the green which is not too soft but not too difficult to use, he`s to do different tasks to help him strengthen his grip and to help with his fine motor skills.

My autistic 4 year old loves this stuff. I bury his vehicles in it so he has to use his hands to get them out. It was recommended by his doctor.
