i recommend this seller! i always wanted a Macbook and it works fantastic and looks in great condition.

Having always fancied a MacBook I found the price of a New MacBook Air right outside of my budget being a 72 years young lover of modern technology. Then,,,,I saw this little gem for sale as a Certified refurbished item,, thought about it and hovered over the price then decided to order one knowing that if it wasn’t up to scratch it would be returned. It was a quick delivery, well packed and in a plain white box so no problems there.Read through the info that came with it then plugged into the mains and instantly heard the start up tone,, grand.Yet, I couldn’t get the thing to do anything at all and one icon kept coming up on the display and refused point blank to start...Ok, sat and thought about it and noticed that the battery indicator was climbing up to about 10% so clicked on launch pad and off it went no bother at all.I mention this to warn others if the battery is right down give it time and all will be well.Now, the MacBook. Having looked and looked for any wear and tear signs I managed to find one tiny mark and that alone made my day, a great machine at a great price and looking for the best part brand new, I was and still am delighted with the purchase.From that first little hic cup everything has and still is working 100%, the screen is crystal clear, the key board spotless and the overall action of the MacBook is super fast and flawless.Not being a tech head I can’t quote numbers and don’t understand best part of the system operation but what I do know is that so far my money has been spent very wisely on a grand piece of kit.Hooking up to my wireless router was done in a matter of seconds and it performs faster than any other laptop I’ve ever owned, in fact it amazes me.So huge thanks to the vendor for a superb bargain and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to all interested folk out there.Cheers and I wish you every success with your company..

This was my first ever laptop. The battery isn’t the best, it will probably only have 3 hours or 4, depending on what your doing and how high the brightness is. The laptop came with a through scratches on the back but not noticeable in certain angles and I did buy a case. 11.6 inch is small but not as small as people think it is, it will be great if you travel a lot or you are a student and need to use your laptop. You can not do extreme gaming on this mac, mostly work of course. I do not mind the screen resolution, I’m not very technical but overall It is a good MacBook Air for the price. Maybe next time I’ll try the 13 inch.

I'll admit, I was skeptical to buy this at first, but after reading some of the other reviews I decided to go for it, and I can safely say it was worth it. The laptop is in almost perfect condition aside from a couple of tiny scratches that are barely noticeable. The performance is actually fairly decent despite it's reputation for being slow, but keep in mind this this refers to performance with simple, less demanding apps like microsoft office, spotify, adobe photoshop etc. If you're looking for a computer to run more demanding software and games like After Effects or Fortnite then I'm afraid this may not be the laptop for you. I highly suggest you check the system requirements of the software you intend to use before purchasing.Overall, though, I think this was a great purchase. Not only did I get a great laptop for casual use, but I got at a very reasonable price for a refurbished model as opposed to spending nearly €1000 buying a new one on Apple's website.

Right. Daughter wanted a MacBook for Christmas to replace an ageing laptop and to do school work and other stuff teenagers use a laptop for. But the price of a full price MacBook simply can’t be justified.So we looked at these preowned ones, including other companies around. Appears the advice is to purchase a laptop with a SSD replacement.This model fit the bill of all the buying guides so took the plunge.Machine arrived quickly and on close inspection of unboxing was nearly perfect. One small rubber foot was loose (easily glued back) and a slight mark on the back. Apart from that. Perfect.Mechanically, the machine has been used daily for nearly 3 weeks and hasn’t missed a beat. The installation process was easy and faultless.All in all, a good purchase.Long term? Only time will tell......

Ordered and arrived in good time, was in really good condition, got as a present for my daughter who absolutely loves it.

Product as described and delivered promptly however, a plug was missing so the device could not be used. After numerous attempts to resolve the problem, via unanswered phone calls and emails. The emails I received were polite but blocking emails from the provider. It resulted in me having to purchase the correct plug at a cost of £75. Not impressed.I am telling people to avoid this provider, IT Trade Services, from Leicester who fail to realise the importance of customer services.
