An amazing Pilates tool to have
These cards have made a HUGE impact on my day to day routines and teachings. They are such a helpful tool and so fun to mix and match. The QR codes are also really great to see a live version of the actual exercise. Grateful for Lesley to take the time and energy to create these amazing flash cards.

Three things I love about these cards and three ways I use them.
The media could not be loaded. I love the look of these cards and the box they came in. I love that each card has a QR code that links to a video of the exercise and each description includes related exercises. These are so well thought out and so well made. You can really see how passionate Lesley is about Pilates!
