Instructions were very easy to understand, registering the kit was simple & quick, & all envelopes were quick to fill out which made everything very easy! the only complaint i have is with FedEx & not the seller so I’m still giving 5 stars. FedEx didn’t honor the overnight shipping because my package was lost for 24 hours but as soon as the lab received the samples, they emailed me to inform me they had them & that testing would begin the next business day. Highly satisfied with this test & recommend it for quick results & a peace of mind!!
