It has been a great training tool. We had been taking the "clicker" to work and finally decided to purchase a second transmitter to leave at the office. Then the original clicker died after about a year of service so I ordered another. Amazon messed up and sent a chewed up damaged clicker. Wendell at Dogwidgets has been great and provided the new clicker quickly. I highly recommend this system and Dogwidgets. It works so well that if I forget the clicker I just say the word "Clicker" in a firm voice and he responds. I love it! And no I do not have to use it on the ZAP or Electrocute setting as we call it at home. I probably did 3 or 4 times total in the past year. Just the bell ringing works, or if he's very intent on whatever he is sniffing I may have to buzz him. Try it you'll like it! If you are using this at a second location you will have to re-pair the collar to the clicker each day.
