Yes it is a little loose, but not terrible. Seems well constructed. Also, yes it does fit the wheeled roadie 32 and yes you can have 2 sets of these mounted to the cooler (one on each side).

keeps the drinks and stuff on side, so you can easily open and close the cooler.... this way your not moving everything on top to get inside
