Outside solar controller waterproof enclosure
I bought this water proof housing box hoping I would be able to fit a solar controller inside leaving the recommended air flow gaps it turned out perfect after a little alteration inside 😁 luckily I picked the right size first time 🤣

This box is ok as a din rail box for £10 but to list it as a consumer unit is a massive stretch there is no earth bar and no neutral bar so cannot be used as such

Faulty
Had to return two of these because the right hand latch on the cover wouldn't stay fastened so the cover wouldn't stay shut. I thought the first was a one-off so returned and ordered another, but it's exactly the same. Pity because it's otherwise a good unit, and I've used the 8-way ones successfully and been happy with them.

Not legal in uk as consumer unit
Not legal for use as a consumer unit in uk. A proper approved unit would only cost a bit more. If you fit this and have a fire your insurance company will just laugh at you!
