I got the 6”. Many people are commenting that this is not actually a compound, but in fact a recurve, and that, first and foremost, is correct. That being said, the bow is nice and heavy, the string seems rather durable, and it is a lot of fun to shoot. I actually also bought some little zombie action figures right here on the ‘zon to shoot at, and it’s a blast!As for accuracy - that part just takes a lot of getting used to. This bow CAN fire accurately, but because you aren’t holding it up next to your head, obviously, aiming will always be “hip-fire” and, on top of that, the bow shape and draw weight will also add to the factors that take some getting used to.As far as the arrows it comes with, I could tell in the pics these would not be the greatest, and so I ALSO ordered some 6” wooden dinner skewers to shoot instead of them. I’m so glad I did - the dinner skewers shoot like true arrows!Just be advised, the bow DOES pack a punch for its size, and aiming at things that are both very rigid and close to your body may send the ricocheting arrows (-er, skewers) right back at you.

This is a fun item. This definitely isn't a toy since it could hurt someone. But it's fun to use on cardboard targets. I've even had the arrows stick in wood.

I bought this with the expectation that it’s just a neat little toy with little actual real-world use. It met those expectations, it is in fact a fun toy for adults and has a pretty cool looking design in my opinion.The bow itself is mostly metal with a bit of plastic and the bowstring. It feels sturdy and is honestly a great value if you understand what you’re getting. This is not a hunting tool or product to be used for serious archery, it’s more of a toy.I purchased the 8-inch version with 4 arrows. The arrows themselves are really simple, plastic straw with metal tips that friction fit into the straws. They work fine, though are a little awkward to nock because they are flat on both sides. They are sturdy enough for this application. Be warned, the arrows are fairly easy to lose, they are not very big and can shoot pretty far with the bow. I would also like to note that the arrowheads are not sharp, they are a flat piece of metal about 1.5mm thick with a rounded point.For fun, I shot arrows at cardboard boxes and from around six feet they penetrated around half an inch into the cardboard. In my pictures you may notice I only have three arrows, I missed one of my shots and could not locate the arrow. Experience with shooting the bow is a little awkward, the arrows are small, do not have a nock, and the bowstring requires effort to pull back and hold before firing. Part of the awkwardness is because this is a small bow but I think filing a nock into the arrows would improve the experience.I’d recommend this product to anyone interested in a functional bow that feels high quality but is more of a toy. It would also make a neat toy for archery fans. I’m happy with my purchase. They could improve the instructions, the included card does not contain any English at all, it all appears to be in Chinese only.

Better than expected! Strong shot from a small bow! I use a dart board for fun and plan to have it in my office for stress relief! Cool miniature bow!

My Son loves shooting cardboard boxes with his bow and arrows. They are sharp!

It might look like a compound bow, but looks are as far as it goes. The thing doesn't shoot worth a s---. Dad's going to sharpen the arrows and try to use them as blow darts. Would have been a fun toy. We would have looked at the directions to see if we were doing something wrong, but they're in Chinese.

Cool toy, but sent the wrong size twice. Seller initiated a conversation pretending to attempt to remedy the situation, but doesn’t respond to messages.

Got the 6” it’s great fun, and a beautiful display piece to go with my mini cross bow. Sold metal and the only mini bow I found that comes with a nice travel storage case.Same bow as the more expensive over 20 dollars with no case.Bow case 4 arrows under 20 dollars. Exactly what what I expected for this compound bow. Really does accuracy is very good plus lots of fun!

I wasn't expecting much but actually this is quite well made and good fun to shoot. I can easily hit a high density foam archery target across the room, and the darts will penetrate and stick.

Good quality, expect exactly what you paid for, a toy.

This bow is actually really powerful. The arrows are good. But I think I can find something more fit for the power of this little monster. Works great takes a little getting used to but once you get the hang of it. Was surprised how powerful it was. I bought afew and this one is the most powerful small one so far.

These are not even usable for target practice they are just a decoration they say that they can be used but I have small hands and I can't even get two fingers on it to hold it ,I am very disappointed ,I am aware I would not obviously be able to actually hunt anything with it but I thought it would be functional and it's just not even if u were a child don't waste ur money on this unless ur looking for a tiny conversation piece
