It's not often I find a product that's actually BETTER than the manufacturer states, but this FChome Shower Wall Suction Cup Grab Bar is! As a long-time innovative product developer, I tend to critique most things I see and/or buy. This purchase is the second Grab Bar I've bought, having used the first for over 6 months in our condo's tile-wall shower stall. What's better about it? When I bought the first one, the instructions said to use it on DRY surfaces; plus it suggested users remove & clean/dry the suction 'cups' frequently -- as often as once a week. This turned out to be a nuisance, so I gradually waited until I noticed either one of the suction areas would shift just a very little; then I'd move it slightly and reset the suction -- especially on very WET tile surfaces! It worked like a charm -- even better than when mounted dry. Also, it takes a few WEEKS before that 10-second job had to be done. So as a senior, I ordered a second unit to provide more handy support. I never expected to be able to support myself like an aerial trapeze artist, but it sure does provide the level of security I need in the course of my daily showers, standing on a slippery tile floor. And best of all, no drilling deep holes in tile to mount screw-in types! I cannot understand how some users said it didn't stay on the walls, unless they didn't open and close the levers properly on both ends of this stylish accessory. I recommend it highly, and suggest to the manufacturer that you change your instructions to enhance your customers' usage satisfaction.Richard Phillips

El producto llegó en una caja dañada pero el problema en realidad es que no tiene buena calidad y al instalarlo en una superficie limpia y lisa (azulejo) no dura ni una hora en su lugar.

I have bought this handle at least 4 times. It's a great handle gives perfect support in shower very easy to install. I only had problem once and they replaced it right away despite using it for few months. The only thing i don't like is that after a year use or so it starts to become loose and you have to open and re-snap it but i noticed if you use water on the suction cups and then put it back on it stays attached much longer. Overall i would recommend this as i have tried and bought this multiple times.

The item was the lowest price I saw of similar items. The plastic feels cheap. It was not that easy to get it installed; once I had it position, the flip switches were not easy to push down. I didn’t want to be too forceful as not want to break it. It took several tries, not sure what the trick was. Overall, okay deal. It holds well now, only time will tell how long lasting it will be. I won’t use it to exert strong force or pulling, will use as a grab hold when needed.The black-white color was good with my white tile background.
