I am very pleased with the initial quality of this mug. The lid has no unnecessary moving parts or ridges that collect residue. The tumbler I received was perfectly finished, and the lid is snug. I have read reviews to the contrary but I have no complaints with initial quality. The powder coating may be hand-wash only, but the cup is easy to clean. It's the only cup I could find without lettering on the bottom or sides, and that had a lid which eliminates unnecessary parts that collect residue. I almost never close a the sipping port on a tumbler and so I really appreciate this easy-to-clean design. Coffee stayed warm for several hours also. The tumbler I received was as good as advertised, and 60% less expensive than some competitors. A metal straw and cleaning brush for it were included. I drink directly from the tumbler but those accouterments were nice. Maybe offer an option of a straw w/brush, or a spare lid. Out of the box, this tumbler is an instant favorite for me. I guess if the powder coating wears off over time I will make it a stainless steel exterior. Only time will tell. Perfect concept for a tumbler, in my opinion.

I've been looking for a coffee/travel mug with a simple lid like this for years. Not only was this a bargain but the value of it is fantastic. They come in a pair, they come with stainless steel straws with a straw cleaner and it even comes with a little brush to wash your mugs. What I like the most though is the fact that it has the simple lid that I've been looking for for years. It has a simple sipping slot and a small air hole on the opposite side of the lid. You don't have to worry about sliding or flipping or moving parts that usually end up breaking and are always annoying to have to wash. I especially like it because I get around with a couple of canes and sometimes walker and not having to flip slide etc to get to my coffee is always appreciated. Excellent quality and perfect for the person that's always on the go.

This was a gift for a friend to encourage her to drink more water. So far so good. It keeps the water cold, unlike bottled water, so she can sip all day

Needed a solid and safe tumbler for a relative with lewy body dementia. She loves it and it checks all our boxes. It's solid and the tapered shape makes it easy for her to hold and carry. This is important because it makes it easy to keep her hydrated throughout the day. Before this tumbler, that was a challenge. The insulation is fantastic! Time gets away from her and this keeps her hots hot and colds cold. This helps reduce the anxiety of lost time -a huge help! We were able to put stickers on the outside to help her identify it as her own, and so far they've worked! This has solved so many problems.

Update (Feb 2022) First, a correction. My others are hydro flask, not yeti. The only thing I changed in the original review below is replacing the word yeti. (Yeti cups are awkwardly shaped, to me.) Second, I guess all the things I said below are mostly true, but I ended up not liking them much. The lids leaked and the size was just awkwardly big compared to my one hydro flask cup. Nobody in the house wanted to use them, so they got donated. If I’d had to keep them, I’d buy hydroflask lids for them. But then they aren’t cheap anymore, so… I like to spend money on things that make me happy, and these didn’t. The HF cups just feel nicer and work better. Because of course they do. Previous review: These are great. I have a yeti (correction: Hydro Flask) cup that I love, and also they’re $30. I got these at 2 for $20 or something. And they’re pretty indistinguishable. These keep stuff cold for hours. If I set down a drink at night, it still has ice in the morning. The lid fits the [HF] cup too, which is nice. I got them to replace plastic insulated cups from stbucks, because they seem to have changed. The new ones are making a lot of condensation. These cups stay dry. And bonus, they aren’t plastic. The 20 oz cups are not 20 oz. Well, to the brim they are. But the stbucks cups are 20 oz plus room for ice. These are maybe 18oz, if you want to use the lid. The size feels good, not huge, but won’t fit small cup holders. A wee bit bigger than the [HF]. The lid stays on nicely but it’s not leak proof. Somebody said it dribbles down their chin. I was worried about that, but I haven’t had that problem. I think when I’m drinking through the lid my lip is preventing it just like it (usually) does when I’m not using a lid. We’ll see. Btw, straws fit through the lid nicely. The fat ones have to be squished a bit to fit, but the largish regular reusable straws I have fit fine. Bubble tea straws won’t fit unless they’re soft enough to squash. Summary: Nice like [HF] Lid interchangeable with [HF]. Stays cold inside and dry outside. Smaller capacity than they say. Won’t fit smaller cup holders. Lid isn’t leak proof. Straws mostly fit.

Están de muy buen tamaño, muy buena calidad, retienen muy bien el calor o frío por horas, se le pueden poner vinil. Unos son brillositos, otros mate. Definitivamente los volveré a comprar para algún tipo de regalito y el precio excelente.
