Didn’t help me sleep better
I tried it for a month. I didn’t sleep any better, so I returned it.

Arrived damaged, felt cheaply made
My package arrived damaged, which was disappointing. The wrapping came open during shipping and the sheet was rubbed so the metal strings in the fabric were damaged. It felt and looked cheap, and because the metal was so easily damaged, I returned the item and did not reorder.Spend more money on a better quality product than trying to save on this junk.

Improved Sleep
I am extremely happy with this product. I generally need help sleeping & have tried several remedies including Rx. Not only do I fall asleep quickly my dreams are wonderful. I have more energy during the day. I’ve always been a late night person & for the 1st time in 65 years I find myself going to bed before 10 pm & not after midnight. I use bedsheet clamps to keep the sheet from moving & that works great. I’m Very Happy with this purchase 💜

Conductive sheet, works well, just hard to keep it in place (pets seem to love it)
I’ve wanted a grounding sheet for my bed for awhile, so I was thrilled to have the chance to try this one out. I ordered the 27in by 52inch size so I knew not to expect it to fit my queen bed (60x80) but it still does seem small in person. The coolest part about this sheet to me is that if I really pay attention I can actually feel it. I usually wear shorts to have my legs in full contact with the sheet to sleep on, and I can almost feel a faint buzzing or current moving in my legs. I used an outlet tester and confirmed the outlet is correct, so it should not be dirty electricity but rather the sheet actually working properly to conduct the ions/grounding energy. For grounding, I know you don’t have to have your entire body on it for it to work, but my understanding is that the more of your skin surface area in contact, the better. So with that being said, I think a tall or large individual might not be best served by this particular sheet.Another challenge I have is that it is best to have as much bare skin directly contacting the sheet as possible. However, I find that the sheet moves around way too much while I’m in bed. You’d need some sort of anti-slip something between it and the sheet to help it stay where it is—I guess this is where a queen-sized fitted grounding sheet would be a better solution. One option is to put it under your fitted sheet, but that diminishes the effectiveness by eliminating direct skin contact so I don’t want to do that. I’ve just kind of been living with it getting all bunched up.As far as care instructions are concerned, The instructions say you can put it in the washing machine followed by dryer on low heat, but I’ve been opting for air-drying it to preserve it as long as possible.Overall I do think the quality of the sheet is great, and I can feel it when I have a large part of my body directly in contact with it. However, to use it on the bed or floor can be annoying since it moves around without anything to hold it in place. You can definitely find workarounds like just wrapping it around yourself like a shawl or blanket instead of laying on it. If you have your expectations tempered I do think this is a great value at this price point for a quality grounding sheet that is actually conductive.*edited to add: I live in an apartment so my cats don’t get to go outside and they both love to sleep on this sheet (photo)! I think they are getting benefit from it too.

"Grounding" sheet?
Softness It is not markedly soft. It is thin polyester tightly woven. The comfort level is average. It's not easy to use if you don't have an outlet nearby but otherwise you just lay it on the bed, so that's very simple and convenient. It fails in functionality because it is not fitted in any way. This is supposed to be a fitted sheet, but it is just a flat piece of cloth that is laid across the bed or even on the floor. This is a low quality product. The stitching is uneven and doesn't feel secure. It is poorly presented. I don't see the claims of grounding substantiated in the research I've done thus far.

Works Well
Since I’ve been sleeping on this, I’ve had a deeper sleep than usual. Yes, the small sheet scrunches up, but it does seem to be helping me.

Size of Yoga Mat. I’ve Experienced No Difference.
Before this, I never tried a grounding mat. I’ve been curious about grounding after hearing it recommended many times. This grounding mat is just a piece of thin fabric the size of my yoga mat. The fabric description says it is organic cotton with silver fibers. It’s not soft like a t-shirt. It feels more like a lightweight hotel sheet to me. The stitching around the hem is good, and it appears to be durable. I like that it can be machine washed on a cool or warm gentle cycle. It says it can be tumble dried on low, but I air dry it. It’s not big enough to tuck in to my mattress, so I just place it over top my regular sheet. The accompanying cord plugs into the third prong of a grounded outlet, which doesn’t make sense to me how that would work, but I follow the instructions. I like that the cord is super long at 15 feet, so it’s no problem reaching the grounded outlet across the room. I’ve slept on this grounding sheet for more than a month, and I’ve noticed no difference with my sleep quality nor my health quality. It doesn’t seem to do anything at all for me. I do notice that my cats try to sleep on it when it’s plugged in and I do not have it covered with my top sheet. This sheet takes up very little storage space, and it’s easy to use, so I’m going to hold onto it. I’ll use it again if I get sick or something happens to see if it makes a difference then. I will update my review if so.
