Rise of Allies (The Gryphon Chronicles, Book 4) Paperback – 12 Oct. 2014

Bought these for my grandson for his birthday. I'm sure he will love them.

Love these books, I wish they would make them into a film, delivery was fast.

this book is very nice however it does not make sense if you dont read the first 3 books.if you like adventure and myth step right into the rise of allies

Another wonderful adventure! Jake and his pals find new friends on their latest adventure along with more ghosts and other dastardly villains.

This book is an absolutely wonderful finish to a series that I will read and re-read many times over.The EG Foley's in my mind are not your usual run of the mill authors but are artists who can bring the written word to a visualization in front of the reader.The stories are compelling and interesting and do not bog down with unnecessary words.The characters are well developed and I was quite taken aback by the change in one of the main characters attitudes in this particular book..I love Red and felt for him in this book and that says something about the ability of the authors to make me feel empathy for a mystical creature .I wish I lived closer to my grandkids so I could read these books with them. These are books along the same lines as Harry Potter that are to be loved and enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Many a discussion can be had and that is a wonderful ability to have.I could read another book about Red and not be sorry.Some series get heavy and boring as the authors struggle to come up with new stories but not The EG Foley's.They are bright and adventurous and their characters take on lives of their own.This conclusion was thrilling and very enjoyable.I was given a copy of this book by the authors for an honest review and I really hope that viewers of this review believe me when I say I loved this book so much I bought it on my Kindle too.

Interesting group of characters that really puts the kids in more dangerous situations. Wonderful new characters to add to their group while finding out information that makes them feel scared. Keeps you reading and entertained with some fascinating creatures.

I loved all 4 books even the smaller novellas. But would rather have full novels. Loved Jake and Dani and the rest of characters in the series. It was enjoyable reading about Queen Victoria's England from a young persons viewpoint .I also liked the magical aspect and all the magical beings, and the mystery woven through the books. I would like the series to continue, find his parents and have them grow to adulthood. Thank you. Gwynne.
