It has stopped fogging on my safety specs which are worn outside in all weathers so worth a try.

It is worth trying, it does disperse the rain and road spray on visors

Can you use this on glasses without damage

I use it on a plastic visor, but I'm sure it can be used on glass. It says the product is for visors and goggles, and you can get goggles with glass lenses. There are no warnings on the bottle re not using it on glass.
