I just purchased this charger and with six batteries plugged in only three led lights are turned on, is this normal? or is half of the charger broken?

I bought the 450 mah hv3.8v 80c/ 160c emax and i’m not sure if i should charge at 0.2a or 0.6a can anyone help?

My charger is marked as a lihv version-4.35v it is charging my hv batteries to 4.2 volts. (450 hv and 520 hv) i have tried .2 a and .6 a charge. why?

I have one of these that works so got another, only 3 of the 6 ports work on the new one (all bat need chg). How can I exchange defective unit?
