The media could not be loaded.  Ordered this for our new kitten. So far I am really impressed with it. The fountain is not too loud, it was very easy to set up. Instructions aren’t 100% clear on how much water to put in, it just says to make sure the pump inside is always fully submerged. There is a pump cleaning kit and instructions included and it suggests cleaning the pump ever 20th days. It also explains to only use drinking water. I put filtered or purified water in to ensure the pump doesn’t get dirty as quickly. USB chord included. I just hope my cat likes it! Will keep you updated.Material is plastic and the bowl is stainless steel. Very lightweight. Worth the cost!

The media could not be loaded.  Someone else wrote in the comments that it makes a little bit of noise. It’s usually not noticeable, especially during the day when you’re walking around, doing stuff, have the tv on etc. However, if you’re trying to sleep, you might here it. My cats food & waters bowl is always in the kitchen so it doesn’t bother me. When i did a test run, the fountain wasn’t flowing. Make sure that the box has the switch in the right position, otherwise, it won’t flow through the flower. I haven’t had it long & my cat is still skeptical so I’m hoping in a few days she gets used to it. I like the fact that she doesn’t have to bend her neck down to reach her food anymore. She is getting elderly (9 years old). I might come back to update in a few days if she starts drinking the water & if I remember. For the price, I would recommend. So far, no issues.

My cat loves this. Something to keep in mind is that the water flowing is pretty noisy and there isn’t a way to turn it off and let your cat have access to water in this container but otherwise it’s amazing :)It’s easy to see what the water level is on the side and the flower is so cute (the water only flows out of some of the petal things depending on the water level)I’m glad I got this (there might be so better options but I’m content with my purchase)

I love this dish however, when my fur baby eats she puts food over the filter and it will the water will leak out of the bowl. I have changed more filters because of it! Can you put a cover with small holes on it? That way we can conserve the filter?

It’s very easy for the food to slide over into the water area if you cats aren’t careful eaters, clogs up the filter very fast. I would recommend buying back up filters immediately just to have because the water will stop working if the filter gets full of debris.Also the water was a bit more loud than I expected, I though it would be a slight trickle you could hear in the same room but if doors are open it’s loud enough that I can hear it from any room in the house.

Bought this a month ago and I'm already having to return it.Pros. It's quietCons: where do I start its a pain to clean and the fact that there is no refill filters is crazy the filter didn't even last a month as you can see by the pictures. I woke up to a flow of pink mold in her water bowl . Upon checking the filter mold had started growing and this was cleaned 2 days prior and new water was added. So I'm not sure what happened there. Not worth it she was happy with her regular bowl.

My cat loves how easy it is for her to get her food and drink in one place. It's easy to put together and clean. I am so glad I found this for her

The media could not be loaded.  Loved the product up until the other day when it stopped working. I got it in June or July and didn’t have any issues with it til now. I thought maybe the cube I was using stopped working so I swapped it out with a different one but that didn’t help. Very disappointed:(
