Counts steps okay, but doesn't sync with Samsung S7 phone

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Wouldnt hold a charge, and wouldnt connect to the phone. Dont waste your money.

My Fitbit will not sync to my phone. It keeps getting stuck on the part that says connecting to Fitbit. Frustrating!

I've had 3 of these. Made sure I followed directions, didn't get wet and all the troubleshooting and youtube help videos imaginable. First seemed great until it stopped syncing, then wouldn't hold a charge, then flat out wouldn't work. Had it a couple months. Second one from the start wouldn't start correctly. Returned it and current one (had a couple days), brand new, of course, has trouble syncing, won't hold charge for more than 1 day. Did factory reset and seems to be syncing properly but is way off in accuracy. Power walked for an hr and it registered 29min. Gave me a heart rate of 106 while totally relaxed on my couch. Checked because I thought it would be low (my norl is 50s-60s). It's been a pain in the ass and giving it one more day to see what happens with the charge. Then I'm returning and never getting another one. I see a lot of happy reviews, which my first fitbit would've gotten at first. So these people are really lucky or they haven't had it long enough.
