BionaOrganic Cider Vinegar Unfiltered with Mother 750 ml (Pack of 6

Excellent value for 6 bottles of pure organic unfiltered cider vinegar with the mother and arrived on time. Love that the products are in glass and not plastic and they come well protected with bubble wrap. We upped our order from the 3 to 6 as even better value and they came in a box, again well protected. This is our second purchase which our family use to take a 'shot' mixed with water in the morning to keep gut and body healthy but can be used for all sorts of things like salad dressings etc, just google it. Any apple cider vinegar isn't the best taste experience for me personally but the benefits far outweigh a short few seconds of 'tanginess'. Certainly wakes you up in the morning and helps kill off any bacteria and keep your body balanced from all the sugar that's added to just about everything you eat these days.

Given up on malt (yeast based & am intolerant), this was substituted & all of the family have remarked positively on it (without being asked), it goes on chips, you can have a spoonful as a dietary supplement (DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE REFLUX OR GERD!!! If you’re anything like me, it will be like throwing a grenade in your stomach), I put it in all sorts of sauces (I often use it in place of balsamic) etc etc & we're all fascinated by The Mother! So mysterious! I put some in the boiling water when poaching eggs, it firms up the egg white & I think it subtly brings the flavour of the yolk out. I keep meaning to try in meringues. Also, my chickens love it in their water & it's supposed to be really good for them. The 6 pack is great value. The Mother, by the way, is the original fermenting agent - the origin of the vinegar - so having it remain in the bottle, makes the vinegar become stronger over time, I believe.

I had not tried this brand before however the reviews are great and the price is very competitive so I took the plunge and ordered six bottles. It appears to be a great quality apple cider vinegar with the mother clearly visible. It has a great tangy taste. I use it in my drinking water. I like it quite strong so a few tablespoons in a pint of water makes a refreshing drink. I will try adding a small spoonful of honey as recommended by others. (I'm not a big fan of honey but am slowly acquiring the taste/tolerating it after 40+ years! 😁😁 )The only negative I can think of is the cap. I went to shake the bottle, holding the top section and my finger rubbed against the cap, popping it open. A small amount spilled over the countertop.Apart from that it's an excellent product.

Product is advertised as a oak matured organic unfiltered, raw and unpasteurised in green bottle then you getting deliver the bone in brown bottle and the seller is saying that's exactly the same product, so basically they lie to customers and also the other product without saying oak mature or unfiltered you can buy in plastic 5ltr canister much cheaper. Just because I want it oak mature, unfiltered etc. in green bottle I did buy this one and I was cheated and the seller didn't want send me an advertise product explaining they both have the same specification but they look different and has different label! Will never buy again from him.

Absolutely excellent quality apple cider vinegar from biona you can see the bottles contain the all important mother so you'll get all the health benefits of this magnificent liquid. The bottles are green glass the vinegar has a nice Sharpe beautiful taste.I've also tried braggs and honestly there's no difference from now on I'll stick with biona.PsOnly thing that let's this product down is the bottle cap it's useless snaps off after a few uses. Come on biona we need a screw cap bottle top.Edit 19th May 2019Still absolutely fantastic and even better the bottle top design has been changed.

Great for helping with weight loss ,swollen feet skin cleanser the price is very good compared to other cider vinegar and I’m never without bottles in the house I’ve been using it about 2years and I’ve stayed with this brand because I like the results (hope they don’t start putting up the price now)

Organic raw apple cider vinegar is a super food. As we age, we produce less hydrochloric acid.Apple cider vinegar with the mother been used for hundreds of years..it will help your digestion. It also helps with weight loss, supposedly by blocking some of the starch absorption. Like tumeric, it is a natural remedy for literally dozens of things. It really helps with bloating.I use one table spoon of the stuff with glass of water in the morning to control my GERD and I noticed massive improvement.Taste really nice on salad, marinade etc too!

I have tried about 4 brands now of ACV including RAW Health and Aspall Organic, but this one is by far the best i have tried. Biona also do one in a clear bottle, which i do actually find isn't as good as the one in the green bottle...maybe it's something to do with the type of light that is filtered in through the green glass rather than a clear glass, but the mother in these green bottles are so much more prominent than anything else.
