Monet: Waterlilies (Foiled Journal) (Flame Tree Notebooks)

This will be the 7th Flame Tree notebook I've bought since the covid pandemic hit the UK. I switched from writing a day by day diary to a notebook as I wanted to be free to write more than a single page. The range of covers available is wide and I selected one's that fitted how I felt about the situation here in the UK, the first being the Wilton Diptych, when I thought divine intervention might be required, this was followed by Hokusai's Wave as winter approached and our government was ignoring the science. At the moment I'm not confident that the Monet will be appropriate when I soon finish the current notebook (The Sea at Satta in Suraga Province by Hiroshima) as it's so calm and still. It'll have wait.

Love these notebook, have a few. Takes fountain pen and rollerball ink well.

The media could not be loaded. Le regalé esta libreta a mi novia que es amante de las plumas fuentes y las puede usar perfectamente. No traspasa la tinta ni tiene un efecto de feathering. El tamaño le gustó y le resultan útiles los dos separadores que vienen cosidos a la libreta.Tiene un bonito efecto metálico como oro rosado. Además el cierre de imán funciona muy bien. Esta es su segunda libreta y estoy seguro que de regalarle más en otros diseños.

It is absolutely perfect! The quality is amazing. The paper inside is actually durable and is not flimsy! I used a gel pen and it didn’t even bleed through. So suuuuper stoked about that. There is magnets to help keep the covers closed which is a great asset. Since it is foil type cover it can be easy to scratch but the design is still beautiful. I will definitely be buying more from this brand in the future!

Se ve mejor en persona. Es muy linda esta libreta. Muy bien hecha.

This journal is way too beautiful. Really delicate. Has a metallic finish, which I really like. I just wish the paper would be less thin. Totally recommended.
