Freezers are very efficient and cheap to run, cant complain accept for the delivery condition which has been appalling. For different properties I've had 6 freezers and 3 of them are damaged.

Bought as a replacement for another brand and this is great. It looks great I like the touchscreen on the front if you need to regularly keep records of the temperature. The alarm is handy if door left open. It’s quiet and has plenty of space inside. I haven’t tried to change the door hinge so can’t comment on that.

So much room. Nothing negative to write.

All good so far - we will see how it performs over time. The ice- making tray is a bit useless mainly because the “cubes” are so small - no good for g&t so keep your old ice tray if you like big cubes. Changing the way the door opens is straightforward but not a task to be undertaken lightly..... the led light strip over the door falls out easily and it isn’t immediately clear how it goes back. The whole process takes about an hour just because the control panel is on the door.Nevertheless, I think it is a good buy and the pantry, where it is located, is much cooler than before, suggesting a high level of efficiency.

When the freezer was unpacked by the delivery crew it was found to have a dent in the casing despite the outer packaging apparently being intact. The delivery personnel photographed the damage to report back to their company. Other than that, the appliance appears to be working although it is still early days. I don't think the damage is sufficient to warrant the expense of sending the unit back but there doesn't seem to be a facility on the Amazon website to simply report such issues.

We bough this fridge towards the end of April, 2024. It was sold with these comments:"Total No Frost - Haier's highly innovative Total No Frost technology cleverly prevents the formation of frost in your freezer. Now you'll never have to defrost your freezer again!"We paid 841 pounds for it. It is now reduced to 689 pounds, only if it works as expected, I wouldn't even have noticed the reduction in price.How can a Frost Free fridge be producing so much frost? Initially I thought I mistakenly bought a fridge that was not Frost Free. This morning, I decided to check and realised no only is it frost free, it is "Total Frost Free".Please steer clear if you don't want to wast 841 pounds as I did.

Love the clear drawer fronts. Control pad is on the outside of the door so you are not opening the door to check the settings etc. Extremely quiet operation and was very quick to go down to the operating temperature. Appears to be very economical as regards the running costs.

Not the best ice tray I have come across, a quiet machine with plenty of space.Would have preferred the internal temperature display to be displayed all the time on the door. Other than that I am very pleased with this purchase
