Seems to work well for easing night time anxiety / restlessness when you want to try and sleep. I have being taking one a night and generally have noticed an improvement on the time it takes to fall asleep and keeping my mind calmer to allow for sleep to happen. I recommended these to a friend and gave her a few, she then bought a pack herself so there's definitely something in it. I've seen guidance that recommends not using EVERY night in order that it maintains it's effectiveness when you need it and that is probably good advice.

These are pretty good, they take the edge off my anxiety. I take an hour before bed and although I still wake in the night I seem to get back to sleep again quicker. You need to give them a break every now and then or I think your body gets used to them and they become less effective. I haven't had any stomach problems or side effects after taking them. Nothing ever cures anxiety sadly, all you can do is find things that help and coping mechanisms.

Good relax herbal tablets very effective, does not leave any taste in the mouth, good value for money, moderate strength, calming and improve sleep quality. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks

I’ve tried pretty much anything available on the market without prescription and also few prescriptions and this is so far the best in combination with saffron.

Great product.

I was waking up at 4-5 am and couldn't fall asleep again. So first I tried Valerian Root tablets but it gave me individual side effects. So I started taking half of the pill of Passion flower at 5 pm and another half at 8 pm. Dividing the dose helps me fall asleep faster and earlier and sleep through the night but not to feel drowsy at the morning. But I take it along with 250 mg magnesium and half tabler of cetirizine (any of these tablets alone are not enough for me)
