I don’t think it’s rubber. It’s a sturdy foam material. I can’t be sure there’s not a rubber compound to it though

Mine came with only 1 pad. It was not labeled as a 2-pack though

Q: Does the color bleed?

So far, mine has not. I volunteer with 3 people, who purchased this item before me and they use it a lot. No one has ever mentioned color bleeding. I love mine!
