I have trigger fingers from working on a computer so many years. When my hand hurt I just put them in the microwave and they help soothe the pain on my fingers.

The scent is heavenly. They help my pain (in my knuckles) but they could be more snug. I was amazed that they arrived without any packaging (only in a plastic bag) and with no instructions. I had to go back into Amazon to learn what to do with them!

These are super effective. I heat one at 1 minute turn it over, then another 30 seconds for hand therapy. Put one in the freezer for a few hours to use after PT. I had a broken wrist and put them on before I do my PT exercizes and then use the cold afterwards.

I have RA and these gloves are life savers. However in just a short time the beads and flax must shrink cuz they just aren’t as effective. 😢

My hands have been in so much pain but after using these mittens....game changer. Love them!

I really wanted to love this product. They’re easy to use, and the quality of the material is great—so soft and cozy! However, they just couldn’t maintain the heat. They were either too hot to put your hands in, or by the time they cooled enough to use, they lost heat quickly (within 5 minutes). There’s no way to sustain the desired temperature for the 10-15 minutes you’d ideally want. While they do provide immediate relief for cold, arthritic hands, they fall short of delivering the deeper tissue relief I was hoping for.

These mittens are perfect and heat quickly. They give a thorough heating to your whole hand and have a wonderful lavender scent. I use these for pain after an accident.

I have arthritis in my hands and have been going to occupational therapy for some time now. They always start my therapy with heat packs on my hands and it typically provides fast relief. I found these microwavable therapy mittens and decided to give them a shot for the days when I do not have therapy, and I really like how easy it is to get some very fast, at-home relief. Pop them in the microwave (mine heats them up in about 2 minutes) and they are ready to go. The mittens have two heat packs in each mitten; one for the top of the hand and one for the palm side. They do a good job at engulfing my hands, but the clay bead and flaxseed-filled heat packs are not quire as good as the commercial gel packs that the professionals use.These mittens are an excellent alternative for at-home use and have become a part of my daily routine to help soothe my achy hands. I recommend them for anyone in a similar situation.
