Cheap phone simple and easy to use

I bought this for my 89 year old mother who is struggling to use a phone anymore. (I’ve bought and returned several phones) This one has an amazing function ‘SOS’ when you press the button you don’t have to even unlock the phone to use it. I put 4 main numbers in the SOS function. All Mum has to do is press the red button to get through to me. If I don’t answer , it then calls the other numbers in turn until someone answers. And it sends a message to the unanswered numbers to let you know she’s called. Pretty impressive and the bonus is she can use it 👏 Only negative - the instructions are rubbish.

This phone was ideal for my elderly mum. Easy to use with bigger buttons, good size screen too. Best thing is the emergency alarm on the back. If mum is ever in a panic & can't remember how to use the phone she just presses the red button.

Absolutely rubbish, wouldn’t charge at all, this is the second one I’ve had, at least it charged up 3 times,I’m disappointed & would not recommend it to anyone .

Good value does the job although the hands free is a bit tini

Emergency Call Only for 3 Mobile (PAYG) SIM. Tried the sim in a spare unlocked phone and it works. Tried another sim in the phone and it works. Do 3 pay as you go sims not work in this phone? Other than this very basic and most important thing, phone appears to be spot on.

This phone is very easy to use. Met my expectations.
