Similar to what a previous comment has been - I paid for a pack of 10, but received only 1 in the box. At that rate, this is not value for money, but a very expensive single binder! If I had the 10 sent, then my score would be different.

Purchased one 'set of 10' - and only received 5. Excellent folders, so assumed it was a fluke. Ordered a second time 2 days later...this time only got 1 - ONE - not a set of 10. Unacceptable. It's a great folder but the item description is misleading, inaccurate and criminal.

Fast delivery and good quality. Unfortunately needed to contact regarding missing half the folders on first delivery. Now have all 10.
