Super soft, baby loves it

I received this as a baby shower gift, and my now 4 month old loves it. I like Jellycat in general - their toys are lovely and such high quality. But Jellycat retires their animals on a regular basis - like beanie babies. Old popular toys end up on online auction sites for hundreds of dollars. My best friend learned this the hard way. Her daughter fell in love with Crochetta Mouse- which is now discontinued and impossible to find (if you see one around, let me know). So she has a worn out doll that her 2 year old is fiercely attached to, and she is terrified of the doll being lost or damaged beyond repair. This is a soothie - it's specifically a comforting toy that a child can get attached to. So I came here and bought a second (and considering a third). Seeing how much my daughter loves hers already, and knowing that Jellycat discontinues, I had decided that if I couldn't find a second one, I'd take it away from her altogether and find something else to get attached to. Anyway, glad I didn't have to find something else. This is great. It's SO soft and sweet. And the color of pink is perfect. So is the size. She curls up with it in her arms and It's not so big like a blanket that I worry about it.

We bought our son the "Grey Bunny" security blanket, and it has been his favorite since he was a year old. He is almost four now. He takes "her" everywhere in the house, and often meticulously spreads out the blanket portion nicely across his bed's pillow. It's really cute how he interacts with "her". Now we have a daughter, and since Jellycat does not have a pig version available, we got her the "Pink Bunny" instead. The blanket is soft, the dolls are cute, and are just small enough for toddlers to hold. Some say they are too small. We actually prefer them this size as they are easier to pack away. We use the blanket not to cover up the child, but to provide him/her with comfort -- with some security. The "Grey Bunny" one did have "her" blanket separate from the bunny's paws before, but we simply sewed them back together. Overall, we really like these Jellycat blankets. Je dois avouer que ce doudou n'est pas donné, surtout pour sa taille, mais je le trouvais trop adorable! Je l'ai intégré doucement à ma fille de 4 mois en le mettant sur nous en allaitant ou lors de nos petites périodes de cododo. Elle a maintenant 5 mois et on lui donne dans son Moïse ou lors des déplacements. je vois déjà l'attachement à la peluche et la capacité du doudou à la calmer entre des réveils nocturnes ou dans la voiture. Malgré beaucoup de machouillement, la peluche est encore belle et douce. Je recommande sans hésitation la marque Jellycat!

I bought two of these as 'spares'. They're great quality and wash well in the washing machine. I ordered the wrong colour and my daughter did notice! But loves them almost as much as her original one. Delivery was super quick and no fuss. Very pleased with the seller.
