Very sharp and effective, small kerf, neat edge
I just remembered to leave this review as I'm currently making a small mitre box, touched a saw tooth and now I'm bleeding. This comes incredibly sharp, it rips through wood like you wouldn't believe. Pull saws take a bit of getting used to but I'm beginning to reach for one first nowadays as they're so accurate and quick. This saw leaves a lovely clean edge and with care it's no problem to use it as a standard saw. It takes very little effort or pressure to saw - in fact the teeth are so sharp and aggressive that you'd be likely to get stuck or break a tooth if you did apply too much force. The only criticism I have is that the handle is light plastic and doesn't offer much in the way of grip. Used properly you actually don't need much grip but still, it's not of the same quality as the blade. Overall though I wouldn't be without it and will definitely buy another as needed.

Great little saw with hundreds of uses in and around the home.
Within 10 minutes of receiving the dovetail pullsaw I was wondering how I had ever lived without it!So far I've used it to saw some flooring around a waste pipe, cut a hole out of a piece of plasterboard and cut through a downpipe when installing our new water butt. The list I have for this little saw is getting longer and longer and it's fast becoming one of my essential diy tools. As you would expect from the description the blade is very flexible and it works best when used gently to saw with otherwise it bends and wobbles all over the place and you're likely to do yourself and the blade some damage if not used with care. Its a nice, inexpensive tool to have and I am already looking to purchase some more tools in the Irwin range.

Nice clean cut and very thin kerf, great for dovetails.
I use this for cutting dovetails and any very fine cuts.Gives a great finish, not quite plane smooth, but very close.Handle is a bit flimsy but serviceable (hence the 4 stars) and is replaceable. Will replace it with another of the same if anything happens to this one.

Excellent wood saw
The saw is excellent to small jobs. It cuts on the back stroke, it is very sharpe and the blade is very, very flexible. Blade is detached from the handle with ease. It’s a pity that replacement blades are not more readily available, I am collecting too many useless handles.

Super little saw
Very sharp and useful for numerous jobs. Don't be fooled by its size and low price, as it is incredibly sharp and lasts well. I have used to do accurate small cuts and it cuts cleanly and quickly using the pull action, which you soon get accustomed to. Gets where larger saws won't and has a flexibility which enables cuts that larger more rigid saws can't perform. Wouldn't be without one now.

Very handy
Great to have in the toolbox. Nice and sharp and so much easier to use than saws that cut on the forward stroke ( why oh why were these the only widely available saws in the UK for so long!)

Quality isn't great, after a few uses, missing teeth etc.
Not bad but not great either. Flexible enough to get really flat to trim off really clean, but disappointed that some of the teeth broke off after about an hour of use.....it still worked.....but. If you have a little job, then this is the tool for you, if you are after hours of use, give it a miss.....or buy two.

Laser cut
I don't often leave reviews because 9 out of 10 times I am underwhelmed by my purchase. This saw on the other hand exceeded all expectations, a joy to use, making fine straight cuts a breeze. All you need to do is take your time and don't hack at the timber as if you were using a first fix English blade. I would not have been able to get such a fine cut with a machine and that is what I wanted. Truly amazing and very impressed.
