Great item
Fantastic quality. Nice and wide, not too heavy to move, but it's still sturdy.

Good bench
I find the bench to be just what I need, as in other reviews I found that the instructions were not very good but using them and also using the pictures on Amazon provided by the seller I managed to put it together eventually, without injuring myself. I have used it twice so far for sit ups, bench press, dumbbell rows and Tricep kickbacks. It is not incredibly stable but it does the job for me. It is lighter and smaller than advertised.

Cheap for a reason.
Invest in something better. 0/10 comfort. Creeks and seat moves when you move.

Great product
The key for me when purchasing this item was that it should be able to fold away under the bed, and also be flexible enough to allow me to work out with dumbbells and also decline sit ups.I've had issues with other benches in the past on these points, with either folding up really not working, or the item being too flimsy. I wasn't even concerned about putting it together, but I was very pleasantly surprised. When the box arrived I was was expecting to spend the usual hour putting it together before seeing if it would fold up easily or not. To my surprise what slid out of the box was an already constructed bench, compact enough to fit in the standard box as is. No effort needed on my part, I simply unfolded it and plugged in the three positioners, and foam leg rest. Done.I'm very impressed, for the money it feels very well constructed and sturdy, it's very flexible with the range of adjustments it is capable of, and on top of that folds away very neatly and compact simply sliding under the bed when done.Would definitely recommend.Note, the square framed bench now in the pic is not the one I bought, the one I bought was a triangular framed bench, which allows for decline sit ups.

Too wide
5 11 fairly big, I get cramps when putting my legs on the floor as it's uncomfortably wide. Other than that a great bench.

Super value for money - but is let down by being too narrow
I bought this following the positive reviews and the price was so reasonable i had to give it a go.The bench arrived quickly from the seller and was simple to set up. The build quality is excellent and really well thought out. The weight of the bench is quite light, so it is easy to carry and stow away. The bench has a few adjustments and can be used in a manner of exercises.Couple of issues which hinder my use is the stability - if the legs had slightly more width, the bench will be more stable and can be used as a stepper or even to do triceps dips by using the edge of the bench. as the bench and legs are narrow, this is not possible without butting it against a wall. The last issue and this is a little more frustrating, the foam supports for the legs to do sits ups are simply not wide enough. there is no support for my legs and knees. Just to compare, I have a Blitz sit up bench only slightly wider which offers perfect support, my intension was to part with the sit up bench and keep the utility bench, but now i am stuck with both as i cannot do all my exercises on the utility bench. So a note to the designers (UK designed) please make the bench, supports and legs slightly wider to accommodate more users and more appealing as the bench could be used for more exercises. I am not exactly massive (5ft10 @ 15st) so my feeling is, this is perfect for the smaller framed person with smaller legs if intended to use for sit ups. If you are only buying this to do light weights (20-30kg with caution, don't forget your weight also) then this is spot on. I hope i have given enough scenarios here to best describe the product.
