And my supply has increased. I mainly breastfeed however I had to go back to work so to build a stash I pump every morning. I went from pumping only 2oz total every morning to pumping 5-6oz every morning. And at work I pump 3-4oz every session. I will say if you have issues swallowing pills like I do it's not easy. The capsules are pretty big in my opinion. But totally worth it.
