Has anyone worked out how to register this product for the warranty? No paperwork included in mine

No paperwork included re warranty. Any problems you will have a record of this order from Amazon and in my experience they are excellent when there is a problem

I shave my head will this item work for that?

Head hair might be too thick for this one plus the surface area of the head would be too big. This is more a more compact device aimed towards a smaller surface area where some of the bigger devices turn out to be a bit awkward for. Hope this helps.

Can this be used for trimming eyebrows?

Possibly if you use a comb, the here is anattachment for trimming your beard so I don't see why you couldn't use it for trimming your eyebrows.

What is the correct orientation for inserting the charging plug into the charging socket on the trimmer? My trimmer doesn't prevent wrong orientation.

That's because it can go in either way round. There is no 'correct orientation' involved.
