Review: Great for getting creative with veg - This is a great book for starting to bake with veg. Each recipe has a short description of the main veg used and what it has to offer the recipe as well as tips on what the flavours go well with. The recipes themselves are pretty much basic ingredients apart from the veg, so they’re not too hard for beginners to start experimenting. I would recommend this if your trying to expand your palate or to entice your kids with healthier/tastier options.

This is a great book for starting to bake with veg. Each recipe has a short description of the main veg used and what it has to offer the recipe as well as tips on what the flavours go well with. The recipes themselves are pretty much basic ingredients apart from the veg, so they’re not too hard for beginners to start experimenting. I would recommend this if your trying to expand your palate or to entice your kids with healthier/tastier options.

love this book, fantastic recipes and inspiring. A beautiful book with easy to use layout. A full page appealing photograph in colour to accompany each recipe. Clearly listed ingredients and clearly laid out instructions. An exciting use of vegetables, especially as I also love to grow them. Really looking forward to trying the huge range recipes, as I can’t see one that doesn’t appeal. Thank you.
