I was so hesitant to try bc I have tried sea moss before and was disappointed.BUT let me tell you I am in love with the way I am feeling.. energy level is amazing… it’s a clean energy if that makes sense.. no jitters or nervous energy. Just an overall great feeling..I fell in love with it from day one. So much so that I brought my jar to work so a friend could try.. within a hour she was letting everyone know after just 1 spoonful. I ended up letting a few more girls try and by the end of the day they were all asking where could I get some..:I will be ordering again today.Taste I can’t brag on but this is day 6 for me and it’s growing on me.. or do I just love the way I am feeling.I tried the pineapple flavor first time.But my plan is to try them all…

Taste is good, very mild. I only take half a tablespoon every other day. Felt a difference in my neck and hand pain weeks after taking. Had to stop for a little while though because I started having pain in chest, slight panic attacks, anxiety, and a little stomach discomfort. I may be a little sensitive to it so that might just be me. Also, helped with brain fog and energy

I just got mine in the mail and I must admit it is not nasty like everyone says. Mine was hot fresh out the package and I feel like it would be more tastier if it was cold. It was easy to swallow and it’s not that bad. I will add this to my daily routine. I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks with results. Thanks True SeaMoss!!!

Only giving it 4 right now based on taste, I just tried it today and it absolutely tastes like cinnamon apple sauce, I did sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top of the spoon. I can't comment on benefits yet, but will after a month of using it. I was so scared to try this as I've heard sea moss tastes terrible and like fish. While there is a bit of aftertaste of like seaweed, its not bad. If you like sushi, you won't have a problem with it. Hopefully I see good things with this and will continue to purchase if I do. It also does smell like apple sauce. As I sit here writing this, the after tastes also kinda reminds me of how leather smells.... sounds weird but not a bad thing it goes away as I drink my water.

It took me a little time to get used to the taste. I started with strawberry. I just got my second jar (apple cinnamon). But I do feel GREAT after taking this. It does provide a natural energy and my skin does feel better! I'm also taking this in conjunction with liquid collagen..never felt better!! I even got my 300lb fiance to take both with me!

Ordered this through Prime and it was delivered the next day. It was packaged very nicely and sealed. I stuck in my fridge for 12+ hours before trying a spoonful after dinner and it was great!!If you don’t like the consistency of baby food- you might not like it- but honestly- went down so easily. I had another after breakfast this morning. Going to make it a habit after breakfast for now on. Excited to start this gut cleaning journey!

I'm disappointed 😔 I had been buying this sea moss before it went viral. I liked the original unflavored one. I had it on a subscription so that it automatically sent me one each month. Suddenly, one month my subscription didn't show up. I checked on it and turned out the product was "temporarily unavailable". In the meantime I tried an replacement which didn't taste the same. It took about 2 months for the product to show up back here again. Sadly, when I got the sea moss for the first time after it disappeared for a while, it looked and tasted different. I wonder if anyone else whose been buying these noticed this? It's sweet now and darker in color...it had never been like that prior to this. I'm definitely disappointed as it was my favorite one.

My order was received promptly and well packed. The (tastes like sea water) isn’t too bad but I think between the taste and texture, (consistency of fresh aloe) it could be a bit of a challenge getting used to it. However, I am going to continue taking my two table spoons of gel daily to see what additional benefits it has on my overall health and then check back in with a second review ☺️
