Perfect fit
Friends gave us a Moroccan Cafetière. After we broke the glass it was hard to find a replacement. This 5 glass size is a perfect fit.

Larger than expected
This is good quality, but it didn't fit my original casing. I made the mistake of thinking the replacement glass would come in universal sizing. It doesn't. Anyway - 2 screwdrivers & one hacksaw later & it fits. These used to be much cheaper so it may have been better value to replace the whole product but at least the original casing hasn't gone to landfill.

Broke while being rinsed out in an empty sink
It was great for the first few times I used it but I can’t believe how it shattered while being rinsed out from cold with hot water in an otherwise empty sink.Thankfully it didn’t happen when it was full of hot coffee and nobody was injured.Avoid.

Doesn't fit Bodum branded holder
Beware, it doesn't fit the Bodum holster. I typed in 'Bodum replacement 3 cup beaker' and this was the top hit, I bought it without realising it was Aerolatte branded, and it doesn't fit the Bodum holster properly - although it did finally push down once the item was filled with hot coffee, the internal dimensions are not correct either and the coffee grounds escape up the sides of the plunger.Added to which, I paid £6.50 for the entire cafetiére,so how come the replacement beakers are the same price? (In fact, have since discovered the Bodum branded one is £1.50 dearer!)

This is useless as a terrible pourer, so we dribble coffee everywhere. Intend to return and buy a Bodum one !

Do not buy if you are looking to replace a Bodum glass pot
This glass is a little larger than the Bodum, so not the best fit for a Bodum replacement.

Too bad, I really like the Aerolatte French press
The white fill markings on the replacement glass wore off within days. I also broke my replacement..........they are very fragile! Too bad, I really like the Aerolatte French press.......just can't afford to keep buying replacement carafes.

I know its glass but dam I WISH it was thicker , cause a 4 inch drop will break this.
It does what it suppose do it BUT it is thin. It suppose to be boro glass but it doesnt feel like it has teh strength of boro glass.Good for holding liquids without impacting any flavor, is a large size, and easy to clean.Fragile
