This new brace supports my thumb 100%, feels very comfortable, and easily fits around my wrist and base of thumb. Its design leaves my fingers completely free to fret the instrument, and the thumb fulfills its function of applying pressure against the fretboard with no pain. The brace does provide extra support for the thumb, but not in such a way as to interfere with hand movements, other than the thumb being held relatively stationary. I measured size; the smallest wrist diameter is just over 5", and the largest is just over 9". Due to the issues I was having with it Pikes Peak reached out to me and another product turned out to be a better fit for my needs.
