Ok so YEEAARS ago I used to drink actual liqued colostrum from an Amish farm and that stuff was like taking HGH or steroids it’s was amazing for overall healing , peptides , recovery and a literal sense of deep nourishment. Now more recently after getting back to primal eating and the critical importance of getting OUT of the synthetic and processed food poisoning game that’s killing america I stumbled on this product . 3 months in adding to shakes or raw milk or my coffee and my personal FAVE sprinkling on top of fruit with honey and heavy cream (OMG must try) any YES! Cravings down for calories due to the highly bioavailable micro nutrients of that “FIRST MILK” baby cows get! The taste is addictive and creamy . Yes taste very uniquely/naturally delicious, great addiction to many meals or treats or snacks but what I gotta tall ya is how my HAIR AND SKIN have improved! Thicker fuller hair and SKIN people have noticed and are asking me what I am doing for my skin! Could be the combo of the equipe collagen with the added colostrum but for sure the colostrum is MAGIC . I’m not going without it ever again let’s put it that way. I have only been on it a week, so I cannot tell if there is a difference or not. My stylist told me it was life changing. She did the powder not the gummies. But, I absolutely love the taste of the gummies. I look forward to eating them every day. I wish they were less calories, but if they help the way they claim to help I won't care. Loooooving these gummies. As a registered dietitian, I've always in awe of the benefits of breastmilk (in all mammals), and Equip makes it possible for adults to reap the benefits now too! Will be using these in my family from now on.

It's good. Tastes good. Helps with gut inflammation,acid reflux, absorbing iron as well as fighting off colds. However, it's a little under filled and I only got about 26 servings not 30. You can probably do half a scoop and still get enough of the benefits.
