I am a fan of this brand they sell cruelty free excellent items at very fair prices . This cleanser is lovely it smells amazing and as you need so little it will last a long time.I think it is comparable to more expensive products Elemis for one but as they do allow testing of their products on animals I don't use them anymore .This is a good price for good quality and peace of mind that no animals have been harmed in the process .Thank you x

It's nice enough as a cleanser and does the job, doesn't feel as moisturising as others I've used but it's not bad.

Not suitable for sensitive skin at all, whilst it does really well at removing high coverage make up it has left my face dry, cracked and sore

This feels wonderfully luxurious and special. A tiny amount melts on your skin and can easily be massaged in making your skin feel nourished and cared for. I remove it with a microfibre flannel, wrung out in hot water, and allow my face to dry naturally before using my nighttime moisturiser. I wear a long lasting foundation and waterproof eye makeup and this removes it all in one easy step.I’m 72 with fragile skin and this seems to keep it soft and with some spring! Nearly at the bottom of the pot but will be buying more.

Removes makeup well and you only need a small amount. Love the herby, citrusy smell - a great 1st step cleanser.

So impressed with this! i used micellar water and cotton pads before this and after only a few times using this balm my skin feels better cleansed and more moisturised, great value for money too as you dont need to use much

My grand-daughter (20) tried this. She found it effective, but otherwise she wasn’t keen on it:“This has a very strong citrus scent, too strong to be pleasant. I have sensitive skin, and the additives used for the fragrance made my skin red, so I wouldn’t want to use it again. This is a pity, as it removes make-up very well, and my skin felt moisturised after use. It might be OK for you if your skin isn’t sensitive.There is a small scoop supplied to apply the balm; this stops bacteria being transferred from your fingers on to your face.”

I believe I have tried every balm Amazon sells, but this was new to me. I thought the price was good until I received it. Actually, it was expensive considering the tiny size. Definitely a trial/travel size and I was duped. It is almost impossible to compare apples or balm sizes. One is in gr. while one is in ml. It's impossible! The balm itself is nice and works as well as any I have tried. I do not love the yellow color in my cleanser, but that's just me. I have to now go back and see how much the regular size costs. Considering the cost of this one I bought, I am guessing the price must be high. OK I just checked and cost for regular size is actually quite good! That changes everything. Had I received the regular size I would have been singing it's praises! It is a good balm a a good price just be careful when purchasing. Nothing is for nothing!

I didnt find the balm very balm-like. At room temperature it is very much like an oil than a balm and can be a little greasy.

I suffer from cystic acne break outs & no cleansers really do a good job of removing all your making leading to more break outs so I searched for a makeup melting balm. Most balms on the market have pore clogging NON natural ingredients until I came across this balm. Almost 💯 natural , smells amazing and melts off all your making prior to makeup removal, helps keep my face from breaking out. This is a must in your skin care routine and hope they continue to sell it. The customers service is good and if u have any issues with product seller is very professional. They are a small independent so please continue to support.

I know how cleansing balms work, but this smelled weird and didn’t perform. It was not worth even in a deal the size of what you got and it didn’t work for me. I tossed it after a few uses.
