There's a lot of graff books out there. This one is one of the best ones out there. Even though it's about one guy, there are a lot of pieces from his crewmates, and not the worse either, stuff like chain3, etc....The small format of the book makes it look like a reference book. It is such, in terms of its historical documentation. You will see pieces that look dirty, novice, crude compared to today's standards. That's because it was the 70s and nothing like it had been done before. It was kids. You can see that in the styles, they arent matured and very basic. So dont look at this book like it was your typical graff book .... It's a book as important as subway art in terms of understanding the foundations, because these days ... ah let's not get into it.
