Got this product which is damaged. One clip does not close and it leaks badly. Trying for a return from day 1, but it is not happening. Useless product.

Bad smell
I ordered thus few months ago...Initially it was working well but after few uses it has a stale smell and the smell lands on the food too...Tried cleaning with many things but nothing works
