Bill "The Buddha" Dickens -- Funk Bass and Beyond: Book & CD

I lost this book and knew right away I had to buy another one. The techniques involved must be practiced slowly and cleanly or as The Buddha says "you're going to have a huge mess on your hands". If you want flash to your playing style this is it. I recently saw and met Mr. Dickens in Chicago. A very humble man who will blow you away if you hear him.
