MX-6 (8 g) - Ultimate Performance Thermal Paste for CPU, consoles, graphics cards, laptops, very high thermal conductivity, long durability, non-conductive, non-capacitive

I bought this after my old Xeon-based PC started overheating, not helped by a loose heatsink! Arctic MX-6 is currently in second place in the Tom's Hardware "Best Premium Paste" list, but is a fifth of the cost of the first-place compound.After cleaning the old compound off the CPU and heatsink, first with a plastic card, then with isopropyl alcohol and a gauze cloth, it was time to add the new stuff. And it's easy! The QR code on the box takes you to the website where there's a link to a video showing how to apply, and all you do is put a big X across the top of the CPU. Don't squish it or spread it, just do the X, then pop the heatsink on and clamp it down (properly this time, not bending the white plastic hole-grips on the stock Intel heatsink).As soon as I powered the system up there was a massive difference, no more bouncing off the 96°C temperature limit and throttling.

It's thermal paste, it works. What else can I say?

I've been an avid user of Arctic thermal paste ever since the silver days and as expected this worked exactly as expected.I have used this on several systems over the past 3 years and so far I have had zero issues, each system where MX6 was used to replace the stock thermal paste saw a temperature drop of around 6c (Although this is normally because the manufacturer paste was nasty)I have used the paste on direct die installations such as GPUs and the Intel CPUs inside the MS-01 and I have also used it on various laptop CPUs and desktop CPUs without any major issue of leakout or drying/crackingI'm sure there are better pastes on the market and for a long term installation such as servers or GPUs I would recommend PTM 7950s but for the price I don't think this is a bad paste and it is easy enough to apply

Good quality paste, easy to apply, getting better temperatures out of my CPU cooler than the stock applied paste. Functions exactly as expected, I've used this paste before and it's usually good for at least a year, even if you're fanatical about replacing your thermal paste regularly. Not too sticky and plenty of longevity.

Best paste available in my opinion..I am using PTM7950 now though..

This paste works really well but is a nightmare to spread. Warming it up on a radiator before application makes it a lot more manageable.

What is there to say about Artic thermal paste. I normally get MX-4 but this was on offer with extra 4g thrown in and it works. Pushed i9 990k cpu all cores maxed out and it did reduce temperatures but really negligible. If its on sale with double amount of paste then get it otherwise stick to the MX-4.

Rien à signaler. Fonctionne parfaitement, aucun soucis. Honnêtement, 8g de pâte thermique aussi bien pour ce prix, c'est donné.

Excelente pasta térmica, cumple con lo prometido en cuanto a conductividad y facilidad de aplicación. Un punto muy importante a destacar es la autenticidad del producto recibido a través de este medio; en otros sitios de comercio electrónico es común encontrar imitaciones o versiones genéricas, pero aquí la calidad es la original de ARCTIC. Totalmente recomendada para quienes buscan un mantenimiento confiable para CPUs y consolas.

Goede koelpasta,Dit zijn mijn ervaringen na een half jaar:Nauwelijks Pump-out effect en makkelijk aan te brengen.Droogt niet snel uit, de pasta was nog vloeiend na veel gebruik in half jaar (ik weet niet of de pasta helemaal uithard en dan nog goed presteert).Prestaties net iets beter dan de Noctua NT-H2 op mijn AMD 5900x, Noctua D15 bij hoge temperaturen dus hogere boost.Werkt ook op je Videokaart GPU, ook weer met weinig Pump-out effect.Prestaties vergelijkbaar als bij dag één.
