Using this at work to steam towels. It's very efficient , compact, and looks nice. Keeps towels hot and steamy for hours. Price is more than fair.

Small unit that works great. Can’t speak to longevity yet but so far so good. Perfect for using inside a treatment room.

Great design - simple operating instructions- you might consider indicating that the unit cannot be operated 24/7 as that is what we thought it would do and the only reason we have returned it.

The media could not be loaded.  I did not want a big unit to take up space. Skincare is not my only service. And I only use this for the hand towels I use for facials. Fits 3 comfortable. Could stack and fit 6. I don’t use that many. It gets nice and hot like the bigger one. It’ small and classy looking. It’s black so no more yellowing over time.

I'm a Registered Massage Therapist professional, starting my at-home practice, so I feel like this review is directed to my colleagues and fellow body work/ manual therapists. This towel warmer is great. It's HOT once it heats up (about 30 mins) and fits 4 - 7 / 8 hand towels rolled up and wringed out. I'm so shocked and impressed with how hot this caddy gets. I do warn my clients that the towels are quite hot when I give them a towel post-treatment. I use about 4 hot towels per treatment on average. This caddy is compact, hot, and the drip tray works perfectly. Cleaning the inside is easy and the metal rack doesn't seem to scratch the inside of the caddy like other similar products do. However, I did watch this specific product creep up in price which I was severely disappointed about. I was watching it for about 4 months and it started at $125 and now is higher, so that's my only drawback. I would recommend this product to any professional, I would not recommend this caddy to someone untrained in hydrotherapy as the towels are almost scalding if you over-saturate the towels.

I rarely ever write reviews but so far this warner has exceeded my expectations. I've only had/used this for two days but it's sleek design gives it a extremely professional look which is what I've been going for. I use this machine to heat hand towels for pedicure services. It fits about 8-10 depending on how tight you roll them. The warmer doesn't take long to heat at all (about 20min or so). This is perfect for my home salon. I give this 5 stars for its look, it's fast heating time but also, I find that it fits just enough towels to get me through the day. It is quite small so if you are wanting to purchase this for a Salon doing multiple facials (or other services that require more towels) I wouldn't recommend. This is my first towel warmer that I have ever purchased and I'm not sure if many of them make noise but when reading some of the reviews of others warmers, I've noticed reviews stated that the machine was a bit noisy. I've read nothing but good reviews on this towel warmer and I'm glad I went with this one. If you are thinking about purchasing, I 1000% recommend!!

Fast heating, easy to use works great!

This towel warmer is just what I was looking for. I have a small hair salon and it's perfect. It holds 8 towels (rolled tightly). I mist the towels once they are in the basket then put it (basket with towels) in the warmer. It does work better with misted towels rather than dry.
