Can I run a cable behind the panel as want to mount a sign on them (its for an office)?

depends on thickness of cable. You could probably cut a channel into the back of them quite easily with a knife, but the backing is stiff, not foamy. They are really nice though and really deaden the sound. We bought 9 of them.

How many panels do i need for 90cm width

Two panels as they are 600mm wide and your space is 900cm.

Can I use no nails these onto the wall

Yes , I used serously strong stuff it's similar to no nails , hold really strongly , can use black plasterboard screws to some area where not glued on.
