For the 500 pc. (non-denominated) 1st: This came packaged really well with inner foam liners and bubble wrap. Once I saw that, none of the outside packaging damaged concerned me and when I opened it, everything was fine. 2nd: As others have said, the case is worth the money alone. Several friends have to baby their cases when carrying their chips around. Not so with this case. It is strong and sturdy. The chips fit just right and there isn't the slightest bit of any of them sloshing around when carried. 3rd: They were wrapped in 25 chips increments (2 to a tray). The chips have an excellent feel. They are actually 13.5g not 14g as listed--they were rounding? But they're still solid and make that lovely sound when played with or in use. Some of the chips have the slightest peel of logos, but really no big deal as this wouldn't affect sliding, and with a little pressing most of this has gone away. The colors are vibrant and easy to tell apart, something I really wanted and a factor that drove me to this product. The purple and blue chips are easily distinguishable. 4th: The dealer button is actually a lot heavier than I thought it would be as it's made of metal. It will stay in place once set in front of a player. I understand some might want a LB and BB button, but really this shouldn't be necessary as this naturally follows off the dealer. 5th: The cards are beautiful. There are two packages and each comes with a hand ranking card (helpful for beginners) in addition to the typical cards in a deck. One is gold the other silver with gilded edges accordingly. My only concern about the cards is the gilding. If some of it gets scratched off, rubbed or removed, it is possible for that to establish a side mark that can be discerned by more observant players. It might be best to just not have the gilding in the first place, but as for aesthetics, feel, and flexibility--they're great. Overall this is an excellent product and you can't go wrong getting it. Highly recommended.

These are heavy weight and are high quality without the steep price tag. I am very happy with the quality. It was a perfect gift for my husband.

So a few things. The case quality is suburb. It feels tough and the foam inserts are great at securing the chips. The anodized black aluminum looks great. It is BIG, almost as thick as a 12 ounce can is tall. The cards are super high quality and shuffle very well. The dealer chip and cut cards are a nice touch. The set was packaged very securely; an issue amazon has been having issues with these days. The chips themselves need a little work… one, they aren’t clay, they’re plastic around some sort of core. This is evidenced by a few of them having some plastic whisps still clinging to them from the manufacturing process. Allmost all sets at this price point are actually plastic. Manufacturers should be honest about this. The chips are clay-like though and have a nice feel. Also the darker colored chips appeared to have some dings and wear, see the pics. Also the weight is closer to 13 grams than 14. I’m being super detail oriented so you know what you’re getting. Overall i’m happy with my purchase.

Really nice set of poker chips. I was looking for a set that included $10 chips but there wasn't much to choose from. This artgame set has a very nice design and great weight to them. I purchased the $10 chips separate from the same company to get my set exactly the way I wanted it. Either way of your looking to up the style on your poker nights, then don't hesitate to buy this set.

I wanted an unmarked chip because I change up my cash games often. Great chip feel perfect weight and sound. Spot on. The case is all black very durable with a strong handle. This will be the last set of chips I'll ever buy. I wish it was my first. Money well spent.

I didn't give it 5 stars because these are plastic chips, not clay. Furthermore, I didn't get the playing cards that were advertised in the photos, instead I was given some cheap paper cards. Other than that, they are decent.

High quality set.

Just like a few others here I was searching for some actual good chips on Amazon for some time. These chips are without a doubt the best. The weight is amazing, they’re smooth, I chose denominations on mine and they looks fantastic! (Girlfriend is color blind, so I’m happy they have this option). AND THE CASE?!? The case is so amazing. Strong, perfect size, not cheap, and definitely will last a LONG TIME. I will probably buy a second set just to have 1000 chips total.

Some chips are poor in quality. Most common issue is the sticker being off center. Colouring on the edges are also sometimes unclean.

Case was good and strong. It was meant to be a birthday gift for a friend. Unfortunately there were some glaring faults. The brand new deck had a white mark because one of the cards (queen) was cut wrongly. Secondly, one of the dollar chips had $5 printed on it. Production issues I bet, hopefully other customers have better luck @product seller, please contact me to rectify this
