Did not help with leg cramps
Just purchased for restless leg and Charlie horse cramps. Did not work.

I was hoping they would help cramping in my hands. So far nothing. Just drinking regular pickle juice for my hand issues. But what doesn't work for me, it still may work for someone else.

I’m 82 years and quite active. When I started getting leg cramps that were disturbing my sleep, I read that a magnesium supplement could help and to make sure I drank enough water.
