I accidentally ordered two units as the description clearly states 1pc (I wanted front and back for the glass window). What arrived was two pieces. I sent the extra order back which was a very easy process and have received my refund.Excellent service as always. 👍🏻

V easy to fit and pair cat microchips with the product. Took seconds to do this. Good arrival etc.

Good quality product, although it is a little expensive considering it’s just a couple of pieces of plastic. The installation was quick and easy with the adaptor holding the cat flap securely in the glass panel.When I received it I was worried that the size of the adaptor would mean the cat flap was positioned too high up in the window for our cat but as it turned out the height difference is fine and the cat can get in and out without difficulty.So in summary, this is perhaps a little expensive considering what you get in the package, but you won’t be able to fit a sureflap cat flap into a glass door without it.

We replaced one of our french door panels with a custom cut panel. Even so there is quite a draught that comes through the seals and the unit. It does the job and our cat enjoys the freedom.

Excellent product, 2nd one I’ve purchased. 1st one was 11 years ago. Bought new one as has it fitted into glass panel. Easy to use and keeps out unwanted guests!!

I purchased this to be inserted into a patio glass door and have to say it looks great. It's a better plastic than the rivals I have seen which crack and the yube is nice and this so where it sticks out won't get damaged. Be aware if putting into toughened glass you will need to order glass as it can't be cut no matter what you read. Also shop around as the quotes for glass ranged from £160 to £250. Programming for the micro chip is easy yo press a button which sets off a flashing sensor the insert cat into catflap the light will then go out indicating microchip read. Do again for the other 32 animals you want to let into your house. My only complaint is in the picture it has a round mounting plate. Gust what it doesn't come with this and cost me another £7. when they cut the glass the hole is round so you need this plate as the cat flap is square. Hope that all helps.

It works. It recognises our cat and no others. It is quieter than the previous one we had, which used to click loudly when it unlocked.

We’ve previously have a sureflap microchip cat flap which was about 12 years old & worked for 2 cats. After redoing our kitchen the cat flap looked cream plus the lock has broken so we decided to replace & pleased to see that despite the time frame the new cat flap fits perfectly in the space required with no extra filling or chipping away.Hopefully this one won’t break or discolour over time but 11 years is pretty good value! 🤞

Its easy to install but I also used the frame adapter which is sold separately. You dont need the adapter but it looks nicer. I bought two and attached them to 112 qt totes (homz 18.25h x 16inw x 27.75d) to create food capsules for my cats. One of our cats is on a prescription diet and has to eat z/d hills diet. The other we feed regular cat food. We also still wanted to be able to use our automatic feeders, so this setup worked perfectly. However, it is cheaper to buy from their website directly. They mark up the prices on amazon.

Passt auf die entsprechende Katzenklappe hervorragend.Nicht ganz günstig aber dafür hohe Qualität und einfache Handhabung.
