So I should have read the reviews and description (not just looked at the image). I bought this because I thought it was going to be an engraved metal cup (with the designs and my name in metal as well) and I was so wrong. It is a metal cup, but with a printed label wrapped around it. I am disappointed, but at the same time it doesn't look awful just not what I wanted.

I honestly thought the design was raised. I was surprised when it wasn’t but it looked just like the picture. That was my only problem.

This cup looks amazing at first glance but when you look closely you can see where the "sticker", for lack of a better term, has bubbles or ridges in it. Still an overall good product.

It's a beautiful cup, but it won't keep your drinks cold like better cups.
